I've been going to 5 Corners for 50 years so I am complete biased. I have memories from my whole life there. I remember being number 235 on New Years Eve in 1973. When they called our table my grandma Lucy chugged her Old Fashion.
We heard about Met & Jackie's because they had a Sirloin for Two that hung off the plate but the truth is I've been a frog leg man for 50 years. Try them!
Soups are good and salad bar is fresh. Definitely try Joe's Hot Bacon Dressing on fresh spinach. Legit. Steaks are fantastic and now I get the steak and frog leg combo. -

Place is well kept in the middle of nowhere. Bartender was very nice and poured a good cocktail. The wait for the food was ridiculous. Salad bar was not the best. We came here years ago and it was very good. This time it was ok.

Food is pretty good & bartender is on top of things but the female owner that works in the kitchen (& unfortunately waitressing sometimes) does not make anyone feel comfortable or welcome. Other wait staff ok.

Good food, although a locals place in the country, staff was very friendly and accomodating to newcomers who didn't know the ropes. We had to learn the process- check in with the bartender and get your number tag, they announce when the numbers that are up. When your number is up, the server comes to your group in the bar, takes your order then comes back to tell you what number table you have when they're ready for you. Solid salad bar, lots of options and real hot bacon dressing. Food was good, baked haddock was tasty but very small - order double or triple portion. The favorite t our table was the prime rib - very tender and good flavor. Portions are on the small side, except prime rib. However, it's actually enough to eat in one setting and the prices are lower too. Lots of options to order larger portions for a few dollars more.
Amazing ice cream drinks - and the bartenders, especially the lady with the long hair, we're great! -

Food is great but the bartender is a rude old lady who goes by the name Sandy. So rude. I asked for an old fashion sweet and it took 20 minutes. She was also crap talking her other job to the couple next to me. Unprofessional. My advice is SKIP the bar and eat the food.
